6.2 With Service Providers and Vendors

We may share information with vendors, contractors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communications providers, identity providers, moderation providers, storage providers, security providers, and other service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf.

Where appropriate, we require such parties to handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable law and our contractual or operational requirements.

We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

7. International Transfers

The Service may be hosted, operated, supported, or administered in one or more countries. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

These jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from those in your province, state, or country of residence.

By using the Service or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in jurisdictions outside your place of residence, subject to applicable law.

Deletion of content may not be immediate and may not remove all copies, including copies:

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner not permitted by applicable law, we may suspend or terminate the relevant account and delete the information as required or permitted by law.

Parents or guardians who believe a child may have provided us personal information may contact us at support@cameraman.app.

If local law requires a higher minimum age for certain processing, use of the Service is limited accordingly.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, SDKs, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Do Not Rely on the Service for Confidential or Sensitive Disclosures

Because the Service involves communication, participation by other users, possible recording, moderation review, and optional third-party streaming, you should not use the Service to share information you expect to remain absolutely private or confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for user behavior, downstream sharing, or unauthorized third-party use of content after it has been disclosed through the Service.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date above.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law or where we believe it is appropriate to do so.
